David Taylor, Founder and President

Mr. Taylor has been in the lighting and electrical industry for 48 years and founded Advanced Lighting Services, Inc. in 1992. Advanced Lighting Services, Inc. has gone onto establish itself as a respected company within the Private, Government and Utility Sectors over the past 27 years. Advanced Lighting Services, Inc. prides itself on their ongoing commitment to meeting and exceeding customers’ expectations with first in class knowledge of the Electrical bi-laws, turn-key offering and a focus on Safety first.

Catherine Monday, Director of Administration and compliance

Ms. Monday joined ALS in 2010.  She has over 20 years’ managerial and administrative experience. Ms. Monday and her team work closely with the entire Advanced Lighting Services, Inc. team to track all company procedures and project progress.  Catherine has successfully worked closely with PG&E personnel on over 20 PG&E projects.

Fred Norton, Director of Safety and Special Projects

Mr. Norton joined ALS in 2019 and over 40 years in the lighting industry, 25 years in safety and 15 years in operations. He has served as a Corporate Safety Manager, Fleet Manager, Project Manager, Operations Manager and an SME for the State of California. He oversaw safety at Camp Pendleton, Edwards, Mira Mar, Naval Post Graduate School in Monterey, CA and others. He is experienced in site safety inspections, risk management, loss prevention, litigation and various OSHA standards.

Hector A. Gannon, CLMC Director of Sales & Marketing

Mr. Gannon joined ALS in 2017 and has over 30 years in lighting services, application, product delivery and C suite experience with several National Accounts end users, contractors and manufacturers. As a sales leader for the largest lighting services companies in America, Mr. Gannon has successfully negotiated several multimillion-dollar opportunities over the years and continues to lead and support Advanced Lighting Services Inc. in strategic leadership within municipality, utilities, schools and project-based verticals.

Teresa Rossi-Long, CLMC Strategic Sales Manager

Ms. Rossi-Long joined ALS in 2017 and has over 10 years in the lighting and controls industry. She has completed comprehensive lighting audits, proposed DLC Premium LED products and IoT control solutions and assisted with On Bill Financing as a leading Strategic Sales Manager. She has worked closely with City Managers, Public Work Directors, Project Managers and PG&E Representatives with the Interior and Exterior of City Buildings, City Parks, City Parking Lots, and City Street Lights.
